Set 6 years after the Raccoon City incident (in 2005) starring Barry Burton and rookie officer, Rebecca Chambers on a horrific journey to search for clues to an Outbreak caused by a group, rumored to be White Umbrella, possibly one of the remnants of Umbrella Incorporated (after its collapse).
Distant Memories begins after word is passed to the newly reformed S.T.A.R.S unit under command of Marco Marini, that a splinter section of Umbrella is still alive and working on a new strain of the T-Virus, with the word T-Virus mentioned, STARS Alpha Team leader Barry Burton sets off to investigate. The last transmission had the location somewhere in Germany...what could Umbrella be up to...?
